After graduating from the University of California Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law, David S. Phillips began his career in the corporate department of the New York banking firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.

David’s current civil law practice focuses on civil litigation, entertainment law, corporate transactional law, real estate, loan modification and debtors’ rights, and state and federal appellate law. David has won a wide variety of cases, involving personal injury, business torts, and insurance coverage and bad faith. David also represents clients in a broad range of entertainment, general business, and real estate transactions.
